This includes Forensic Collision Investigation & Reconstruction, Site Surveys, Forensic Vehicle Examinations, CCTV Analysis and Tachograph Route Tracing.
Forensic Collision Investigation & Reconstruction
We conduct an initial review of evidence and then we discuss timelines and your requirements. We then quote for your Report and await formal instruction.
We aim to produce your Report within 28 days of confirmation of funding and provision of evidence.

Reports are Civil Procedure Rules (Part 35) or Criminal Procedure Rules (Part 19) compliant.

Case Conferences are billed at agreed standard rates.
Site Survey
We can prepare scale plans and other visual representations of the site of a road traffic incident We use photography, dashcam video, laser scanning and manual measurements to record topography, road layout, sight lines/views available, road surface/markings, street lighting, signage.
Vehicle Examinations
If vehicles involved in the incident are available, we can report on collision damage pattern analysis and vehicle condition prior to the road traffic incident (including pre-existing defects).
Video Analysis
CCTV, Dashcam or GoPro video footage of the incident can be used to calculate vehicle speed and confirm or dispute witness evidence.
Available Evidence
Data files are preferred in original format where possible. Site data files include photographs, CCTV/Dashcam/GoPro video files, laser scan data, scale plans. Vehicle data files include photographs, ECU data & tacograph data. Witness Statements include interview records from the public and police officers and Stats19 Crash Report Forms. Expert Analysis includes Medico Legal Reports, Post Mortem Reports, Locus/Site Examination Reports, Vehicle Examination Reports, CCTV Speed Analysis, Tachograph Examination, Forensic Collision Reports, Police Collision/Accident Reports.
Tachograph
Route Tracing
We compare tachograph speed trace data to physical features in map data. We report on route taken and location/duration of stops confirming or disputing a drivers version of events
Expert
Testimony
We give clear, objective unbiased expert testimony on our findings at Coroners', Magistrates' and Civil Courts.
Court appearance and mileage is billed directly to the court in the first instance. Joint Expert Statements are quoted for, prepared and billed separately.
